Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Foreman: Supervise mechanical teams, coordinate daily activities, and ensure timely completion of tasks
WPR: Issue and manage work permits, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project protocols
SBM: Perform standby monitoring, safety observation, and emergency readiness on-site
Pipe Fitter: Install, align, and maintain piping systems according to project specifications
Mechanical QC: Conduct quality control inspections, monitor standards, and verify mechanical work
Multi Welder: Perform welding tasks using multiple techniques with precision and safety compliance
Pipe Fabricator: Fabricate and assemble pipes per project drawings and quality standards
Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations, operational protocols, and quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation, timesheets, and reporting for project management purposes
Skills:
Strong technical expertise relevant to each specific role
Leadership and team coordination abilities for supervisory positions
Effective communication skills for on-site collaboration
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Problem-solving, time management, and multitasking proficiency in fast-paced environments
Knowledge:
