Key Responsibilities:

The role demands active monitoring of hazardous operations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring all personnel comply with safety procedures during marine and offshore installation work.
Candidates will also be expected to lead safety inspections, incident reporting, emergency response coordination, and continuous safety improvement programs. A strong presence in offshore environments is required, along with the ability to manage high-pressure situations and ensure zero-compromise safety culture in dredging, subsea, and hook-up operations.
Skills:
Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership in offshore safety operations and possess excellent communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. The role requires the ability to identify hazards quickly and implement corrective actions efficiently in marine and offshore environments.
