Key Responsibilities:
Work execution according to assigned trade such as welding, rigging, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general site assistance
Follow site safety regulations and maintain discipline during working hours
Support senior technicians and supervisors in daily construction or maintenance activities
Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials at the job site
Perform assigned tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at workplace locations
Report daily progress and technical issues to site supervisors
Skills:
Candidates must have practical experience in their relevant trade field such as welding, rigging, plumbing, carpentry, painting, or general labor support
Ability to understand basic technical instructions and site requirements
Good physical fitness and willingness to work in outdoor or industrial environments
Teamwork capability and ability to follow supervisor guidance
Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial projects
Previous Gulf experience will be considered an advantage but not mandatory for all categories
Knowledge:
Understanding of construction site operations and workflow systems
Familiarity with tools and equipment used in relevant trade work
Basic awareness of occupational safety rules in industrial and construction environments
Knowledge of Ajeer system requirements and documentation process in Saudi Arabia
