Key Responsibilities:
Ensure continuous monitoring of work areas as a Firewatch to prevent fire risks and maintain safety compliance during operation
Operate heavy-duty vehicles safely while following all company policies and traffic regulations
Supervise scaffolding teams efficiently, ensuring proper structure setup, inspection, and dismantling
Perform scaffolding tasks with precision, maintaining safety standards at all times
Handle Hangcha forklift operations for loading, unloading, and transporting materials within the worksite
Follow strict Aramco safety guidelines and maintain discipline on-site
Conduct routine equipment checks and report any faults or hazards immediately
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
Skills:
Strong technical and practical understanding of construction and industrial site operations
Ability to work under pressure in demanding field environments
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Good decision-making abilities, especially in safety-related situations
Physical endurance and adaptability for outdoor work conditions
Equipment handling and operational expertise for drivers and forklift operators
