Key Responsibilities:
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing shutdown-related maintenance and operational tasks according to assigned roles. Safety Officers will implement HSE procedures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with site safety regulations. Fabrication Foremen and Fabricators will handle structural modifications, welding coordination, and repair works as per project requirements. Multi Welders will perform various welding processes ensuring quality and strength standards. Riggers will manage lifting operations safely and efficiently. Electrical Technicians and Electrical Foremen will supervise electrical isolation, maintenance, and system restoration tasks. All personnel must coordinate closely with shutdown planners to ensure timely completion of assigned work scopes within strict deadlines.
Skills:
Candidates must demonstrate strong technical competence in their respective fields along with proven experience in industrial shutdown environments. The ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain safety discipline is essential. Good communication skills, teamwork coordination, and adaptability to site conditions are highly valued. Prior experience in GCC shutdown projects or petrochemical plants will be considered an added advantage.
