A leading opportunity has opened with IHTIMAL CONTRACTING COMPANY for experienced professionals in the oil and gas sector across major ARAMCO projects in Saudi Arabia. This recruitment drive focuses on high-demand positions including Work Permit Receiver (WPR) and Rigger levels 1, 2, and 3 for pipeline and plant operations in Abqaiq and Jafurah. These roles are part of a long-term industrial project designed to support ongoing expansion in Saudi Arabia’s energy infrastructure, offering stable employment and strong career growth for skilled workers in the Gulf region.

Saudi Arabia continues to remain a global hub for oil and gas development, and ARAMCO-backed projects provide some of the most secure and rewarding job opportunities in the construction and maintenance sector. Candidates joining this project will be working in structured environments that emphasize safety compliance, technical precision, and teamwork. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking KSA Jobs in construction, pipeline installation, rigging operations, and industrial maintenance roles under internationally recognized safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Selected candidates will be responsible for executing assigned duties in accordance with ARAMCO safety regulations and project specifications. WPR candidates will manage work permits, ensure compliance with safety documentation, coordinate with site engineers, and monitor active work zones to maintain safe execution of tasks. Riggers will be responsible for lifting operations, load calculation, proper use of rigging equipment, and ensuring safe handling of heavy materials in both pipeline and plant environments. All workers must strictly follow site safety rules, participate in toolbox meetings, and ensure that all activities are performed without risk to personnel or equipment. Coordination with supervisors, engineers, and safety officers will be a daily requirement to maintain project efficiency and operational accuracy.

Skills:

Applicants must demonstrate strong practical experience in oil and gas construction environments, particularly in pipeline and plant projects. Riggers should have excellent knowledge of lifting techniques, sling identification, and load balancing, while WPR candidates must be skilled in documentation, permit-to-work systems, and site coordination. Strong communication skills, physical fitness, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments are essential. Candidates should also possess teamwork ability and adaptability to multicultural job sites commonly found in Saudi Arabia construction and oilfield projects.

Knowledge:

Candidates are expected to have solid knowledge of ARAMCO safety standards, industrial hazard identification, and emergency response procedures. Understanding of pipeline construction workflows, plant maintenance operations, and rigging safety protocols is highly important. WPR professionals should be familiar with permit systems, isolation procedures, and risk assessment documentation. Riggers must understand crane signals, load charts, and equipment inspection procedures. Prior experience in Gulf countries or large-scale oil and gas projects will be considered a strong advantage for selection.
