Key Responsibilities:
The selected Safety Officer will be responsible for maintaining full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across project sites. Duties include monitoring hazardous activities, ensuring adherence to approved safety procedures, conducting routine site inspections, identifying potential risks before they escalate, and implementing corrective safety measures in coordination with site engineers and supervisors. The role also involves ensuring that all workers follow PPE requirements and established safety protocols at all times. Additionally, the Safety Officer will actively participate in toolbox talks, safety awareness programs, and incident reporting processes while ensuring all documentation is properly maintained in line with project and SABIC standards.
