Key Responsibilities:
The selected scaffolder will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and inspecting scaffolding structures according to project safety standards and engineering requirements. Daily tasks will include ensuring proper installation of scaffolding systems, maintaining structural stability, and following all site safety protocols. The worker must coordinate with supervisors and other construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and hazard-free operations. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential risks on site and ensuring all scaffolding work is performed in compliance with approved technical drawings and safety guidelines.
Skills:
Applicants must demonstrate strong practical scaffolding skills with proven experience in industrial or construction environments. The ability to read basic technical instructions and follow site safety regulations is essential. Physical fitness, teamwork capability, and the ability to work in challenging outdoor conditions are also required. Candidates should be familiar with TUV-certified scaffolding practices and modern safety procedures used in large-scale projects across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
Knowledge:

Knowledge of inspection procedures, risk assessment, and safe dismantling practices will be considered highly important.
