Key Responsibilities:
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing their assigned technical and safety-related duties with full compliance to project standards and regulations. Multi Welders will handle fabrication, joining, and repair tasks with precision using SS welding techniques. Safety Officers will ensure strict implementation of health and safety protocols at the site, conducting inspections and preventing workplace hazards. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work activities and ensure fire prevention measures are properly followed during operations. Mechanical QC and Welding QC staff will be responsible for inspection, documentation, and quality assurance to maintain project compliance with engineering and industry standards. All roles require coordination with supervisors and adherence to daily work schedules while maintaining productivity and safety discipline.
Skills:
Candidates must possess strong technical skills relevant to their specific roles along with the ability to work in high-pressure industrial environments. Welders should have expertise in stainless steel welding and knowledge of different welding techniques used in construction and fabrication projects. Safety Officers must demonstrate strong awareness of occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment procedures, and emergency response planning. QC professionals should have excellent inspection skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Fire Watch staff should be alert, responsible, and capable of identifying potential fire risks during operations. Strong communication skills and teamwork ability are essential for all positions.
Knowledge:
Applicants should have a solid understanding of industrial safety standards, construction site procedures, and technical workflow management. Knowledge of Ajeer and Muqeem documentation processes will be considered an advantage for Saudi Arabia-based employment compliance. Familiarity with oil and gas project environments, mechanical systems, welding codes, and inspection techniques will strengthen a candidate’s profile.
